You can manage the details of your account after logging in by clicking on your first initial at the top right of the page:

Once you are in your profile, click the Edit button at the top left of the page. This will allow you to update your personal information such as your name and email address.

When programs change ownership, WHC is generally involved in making systematic changes (including updating the organizational affiliation of those involved in the program) to ease the transition.
